Learning and Development
The Learning and Development Team offers you many training delivery models and assessment capabilities to support your work and help you grow in your career. Pathways Training, Professional Development, HR 101 Training for University Managers and Faculty Chairs, Compliance Training, Mental Health Resources and Supports, and New Hire Orientation.
The Compensation team partners with you as a University manager in a consultative approach providing the following services: Position Review, Position Classification, Identifying Market Gaps, and Developing and Implementing compensation-related resources.
